c) Financial Information Billing address, payment card information, banking details for pre-authorized payments, and transaction records. Note that payment card data is processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors and is not stored directly by 613 Home Services Inc.

d) Communications Records of correspondence, including emails, text messages, voicemails, and notes from in-person conversations related to your service requests, complaints, or feedback.

e) Service Records Details of services rendered, work orders, inspection reports, photographs taken during service delivery, and any warranties or guarantees issued.

f) Technical & Website Data IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and cookies or similar tracking technologies when you access our website or digital communications.

a) Employees and Subcontractors Team members and licensed subcontractors engaged to perform work at your property will receive only the information necessary to complete that work safely and professionally.

All such vendors are contractually required to protect your information and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than providing services to us.

c) Legal and Regulatory Authorities Where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, we may be required to disclose personal information without your prior consent. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.

d) Business Succession In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring party, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We do not disclose your property access information (e.g., alarm codes, gate codes) beyond the personnel directly attending your property, and such information is deleted or returned to you upon completion of the relevant services.

Client service records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with tax and business record-keeping obligations;

Payment information is retained only as long as required to process the transaction and resolve any disputes; and

When personal information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed or anonymized.
